I have just had my firt encounter with the KNOWHOW TEAM. The first engineer that came two weeks after telephoning actually left a hose of the washing machine. Two weeks later another engineer came said he could see the problem right away (i.e. the hose that had been left off from the previous engineer). Although text messages were sent on both occasion no telephone call an hour before was received from the first and the second telephoned fifteen minutes before appearing at the door. I would like compensation for non use of appliance for four weeks, flooding my kitchen and having to take a days holiday from work. The automated telephoning system is absolutely terrible. No more purchases or aftercare from Currys for me.
