Purchased a washing machine on 7th July, the model came highly recommended by sales staff. Worked well at first but after less than 6 weeks developed a fault. Machine clearly not fit for purpose. Curry's staff not interested as it is over 28 days old, no chance of exchange or refund. Have to wait 2 weeks for Hoover engineer to call. Will not use Currys again. Unable to speak to manager when we called them.

Disgusting after sales service, purchased a laptop pc £400 and it developed a fault after three month,s currys refused to replace it and wanted to charge me £50 for a restore to factory setting! i am stuck with a faulty laptop, i WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT CURRYS AGAIN they also take no noitce of the sales of goods act 1979, so beware you have been warned!
