Needed to return a faulty desktop which I bought 2 days earlier, I had to go there twice and argue with the customer service and the manager to convince them to refund my money back. They refused saying that the T&C's mentions that they don't accept refunds or returns of opened items even in the first 14 days and that I had to call customer support to try to fix my computer. I just want to know why would anybody want to return an unopened product and how are customers supposed to discover a fault without opening the goods?
I decided never to buy anything from them from now on. Other retailers have much better customer service and cheaper prices.
