After having ordered a Hotpoint cooker and being told to collect from local store after 9am on 27th August 2012 we arrived at store at 2pm to be informed cooker was not there and they could not even track as to exactly where our order was. Although we ordered on the internet we would have thought that Comet wold communicate with there stores. (technology allows us to order from the internet why can they not communicate automatically with the store.) We were informed it may be delivered to store on Wednesday but if it was out of stock it would be NOVEMBER before we would receive our cooker. That is what they call customer service satisfaction
