This place is absolute garbage,

The service level is non existent. I bet the people who run this company can't work out why there loosing so much money. Well if there reading this here is the answer......

Your staff have absolutely no knowledge of the products they sell, Your extremely overpriced and the final nail in the coffin is when you ring your help line your just led in a circle with the automated voice. After several calls and trying different options I can guarantee you there is no way to get an actual person from the store you want.

The one little thing you have over internet shopping is that the customer can get what they want straight away. When you get home and find out to pieces are missing and one is completely wrong which means a return trip you actually take longer to get something than if It had just been bought online.

Avoid comet like the plague, they will be out of business within a couple of years and rightly so.

P.S all this is because my mother bought an ex display item which she was completely ripped off and then to top it off they have just grabed a comet bag gone out back and chucked anything in it from the same manufacurer regardless of weather its for the original item
