i bought a washing machine 3 years ago and took out 5 year insurance, wish i hadnt bothered, its been over 3 weeks now since it broke down, i have 3 children and have been coming home late at night from my job and hand washing school uniforms and work clothes!!! the phone line costs 10p per minute, i am dreading my next phone bill! an engineer came out after 5 days, said he needed to order parts then i havent seen anyone since. i have been phoning non stop as this is getting me down, i have a 3 year old who i am potty training, so you can understand what that implies! now im just off the phone after being told to wait another 6 days for an engineer, this will take it to over a month without a washing machine.... I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM COMET AGAIN AND WILL TELL ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO DO THE SAME!!! Oh and im going on holiday tmrw so now i have to run around neighbours and friend today asking them to wash our clothes.... disgusting!!!
