I have a range cooker which needed repairing. Comet sent rude engineer out, who said it needed flame failure device. They text me to say engineer would be out the following Friday. Had time off work, engineer didn't phone before 10 as told by lady on phone, so I phoned them to find out that the previous Tuesday they had tried to contact me to say that they couldn't get the parts. They had my home and mobile numbers and email address. HOW COULD THEY NOT CONTACT ME!. They refunded me £66 out of the £125. £59 for a rude engineer to spend 5 minutes in my home. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
