I have been a regular customer for a while and all has been ok. However recently had four packs of Lamb that had blown and were obviously gone off. I complained to Amazon and had no reply. I will not be buying Natures Diet again. I cannot afford to throw money away on this any longer.

I have always been pleased with nature diet foods but the latest batch was very disappointing, for a start there were no batch numbers on any of the packets, numerous burst lids and the contents are very mushy with a strong smell whereas in the past it's always been a good solid texture with no odour, my dog won't touch it so I can only assume it is off. I rang the company and a very helpful lady told me they have changed the way it is processed and has offered me a full refund, I was going to offer the remainder of my latest order to our local dogs home but on second thoughts have thrown it all in the bin, unfortunately I've lost all faith in Nature Diet and will have to start looking elsewhere.

Same experience but after Naturediet totally refusing to admit that the batch was a problem!!!!!!....I managed to obtain a free replacement from my reputable supplier...in another flavour. I have had another 3 case delivery since then and I am still not at all happy with the new offish smells! VERY DISAPPOINTING AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE BY NATUREDIET!
