2 mixed breed bitches fed original chappie for 3 years no poblem.
No other changes in household or routine apart from new improved recipie chappie introduced in past two weeks.
1 dog is scratching intermittently.
The other dog has itself scratched and bitten raw. Been to vet who found no evidence of fleas (not flea allergy). However allergic reaction also on investigation is noticable on internal mucosa, whites of eyes.
My friends dogs are fine with the new recipie and she is thrilled. I cannot risk it again poor dog is so poorly wont be buying chappie again.
Mars can state it hasn't changed apart from shape however that would surely mean they cannot claim it as improved.

We have a Tibetan Terrier that has had allergy issues from puppyhood. The original dry chappie was the only food he could tolerate. His severe allergy issues returned after only a week on the new improved recipe. Our vet indicated the same symptoms od internal mucosa; etc. We have resorted back to Butchers and boiled rice for his main meal and a handful of Nature's Best kibble at lunchtime. He has now stopped all scratching.
