Great experience for long term boarding

Our labradoodle was with Royvon at Merthyr for about 3 months as he was on his way to join us in Australia. Royvon were wonderful in caring for him for such an extended period of time and we were missing him terribly, but we were able to see photos regulalry of Fordie playing and having fun via Facebook! The staff were amazing as there was alot of extra details to cover with quarantine vet visits and organising the transport to the airport with all of his paperwork. He had stayed with Royvon twice before and was treated with alot of care and given plenty of exercise. So we knew he would thrive there when we had to leave him for a longer period. The grounds at Merthyr are beautiful and well set up for all kinds of dogs, plenty of space, very clean and it is clear the staff have a guenuine love for the dogs. Sadly, we have moved away from the UK, so our pup won't be able to stay there again, but I would certainly recommend Royvon to my Welsh friends. A great experience and very understanding and helpful staff. We're very grateful, thankyou!
