Wouldn't trust them with a stuffed animal!

I contacted Royvon via their website after seeing their 3 day training holidays advertised. I received a response the same day from a lady whose job title is "Sales & Quality Manager".
He gave me more or less the same info as on the website, except that she said it was; "£295 plus VAT per handler" but the website's FAQs gave the price as per dog.
I emailed back and asked her to confirm the pricing. Three days later I still hadn't had a reply so I emailed again and asked again for her to clarify the pricing. Her reply stated again that it was "£295 plus VAT per handler".
At this point I copied and pasted the relevant part on the FAQ:
"Can I bring members of my family?
Yes certainly, the course is only charged per dog not per individual."
and asked Alice if the information on the website was incorrect. Another three days passed by and finally Alice replied, asking me to send her the link to the website! I was totally baffled as to why I was now sending Royvon's Sales & Quality Manager a link to their own website, but nevertheless, I sent her the link to both the 3 day training page, and the FAQ page. Eight days passed and no response, so I emailed and asked if she had got to the bottom of the discrepancy between the price on the website and the price she was quoting me. That was over two weeks ago now and I never received a reply.

Funnily enough, I now have no interest in going on their holiday and I certainly wouldn't trust this company to look after my precious dogs for so much as an hour, let alone while I went away on holiday. If they can't even organise their pricing or reply to potential customer's questions, I dread to think what kind of care my furry friends would get. My only recommendation now is to avoid this company at all costs.
