I would like to thank the lady for all her hard work that she has put in with Ozzi ,you have be amazing with him I think he's missing you at the moment. I was so worried about leaving him but due to all the staff quick responses from the first email to telephone conversations everyone was so kind and caring I truly think Ozzi has been on a 3 weeks holiday.
I would recommend you without a doubt. Thankyou so much .xx
