I have given this one star only because there is no lower option. We have been at this surgery for several years and I cannot believe we have stayed so long. It is hard to get an appointment - even to get an answer sometimes - I have had to call back 3 or 4 times just to speak to a receptionist! The appointments always run late - I have been waiting up to 45 mins with 3 children. The doctors when you do get to see or speak to them are often stressed and not that understanding. I can imagine that if you are single, in your 20s with no children, no ongoing medical complaints and a good immune system so you very rarely need a doctor's services then this is the surgery for you! My family is now leaving for another practice.
