The doctors at Cricketfield surgery are fine, but trying to actually see one is very hard. The reception team need some customer service training. They make trying to book an appointment like trying to get blood out of a stone. Today all I wanted was a simple sick note, I am recovering from a broken bone in my foot, would think I asked for the moon on a stick. Still waiting on them to phone me back and it is nearly half past five! When you are sick the last thing you want is to go all the way there to find they do not have the note ready, when getting out is tricky for me. I also find they are rubbish for having prescriptions ready within the stated 48 hours. I have mental health issues and they are rubbish at dealing with that, the reception staff make a depressed person feel like asking for help was the last thing they should of done, when depressed asking for help was probably the bravest thing you have done all year. I just wish the receptionists would try and understand a patients needs
