I went for my smear test a few months ago and it turned out to be abnormal results, I was then referred to Sloan Street Gynecology Clinic in London for a colposcopy (examination of the cervix using a specific microscope). I was terrifed of what was going to happen, so I read all the information on their website, which answered all my questions fully and was very comforting. So when my appointment arrived I was very nervous, but I was approached in a very supportive and professional way and the colposcopy definitely wasn't as bad as I thought. Turns out I'm okay but I would definitely recommend their clinic and website for all your gynecological needs as it was a 1st class service and makes you feel more at ease.
