We have had this dishwasher less than 5 years with infrequent usage over that time period. During that time, we have not found it to be the best at washing dishes which could be seen as a major design flaw! Porridge and other such food gets stuck to it and needs washing after the dishwasher has been on.

the handle is also flimsy and is cracked and breaking. Probably soon to break off.

However, these are minor compared to the fact that it started smoking last night when it was on. Luckily we were stood next to it at the time (not a usual occurrence) and were able to switch it off straight away. No idea why it started smoking but very concerned that it could have started a fire had we not been there to act immediately.

Would not recommend this dishwasher to anyone.
