Bought this product and have had nothing but problems with it. Apart from the fact that it doesn't clean as well as cheaper makes I have had previously, it has broken down 3 times!! The breakdown is the same problem everytime and very expensive to fix. I could just about deal with the useless product IF the customer support was good but, unfortunately it is even worse than the product. Very unhelpful, basically got told the last time I spoke to them that I should be aware that these days things aren't built to last - my Fisher & Paykel dish drawer is ONLY 4 years old!!!

Totally Agree with your comments...I have experienced issues with the dishwasher and the customer services at Kiwi aplliances is appauling
