“Unreliable and costly to fix”

Written on: 06/02/2012 by poppyann (1 review written)

I never normally write reviews but I am so disappointed with the Dish drawer that I feel compelled to warm people away from the product. Yes, it is lovely to look at and yes, it is easy to load but mine has cost me £600 since I bought it 5 years ago in repair bills. Interesting when you think that we are a family of 3 and do most of the dishes by hand. Also interesting to note that the kitchen designer who has just designed a kitchen for me in another property refused to even consider a dish drawer. His comment, " unreliable and F&P staff rude and unhelpful". I bought a lovely quiet and very reliable Miele instead.....

I had exactly the same experience. They're great when they work but so costly when they don't plus replacement parts are a nightmare to get hold of.
