I CALLED 118500 TO ASK FOR A NEIGHBOURS PHONE NUMBER.
I AM VERY DISABLED AND AM COMPLETELY HOUSEBOUND.
I WAS TOLD THAT THE NUMBER WAS EX-DIRECTORY AND WAS GIVEN A 2MINUTE AND 9 SEC. EXPLANATION OF WHY I COULD NOT HAVE THE NUMBER.
I WAS CHARGED £6.60 TO LISTEN TO AN IDIOT........NOT GIVING ME THE NUMBER.
