“118 118 disgrace”

I recently lost my mother so I had to use this service a few times to get number to contact friend and family for 9 call to 118 118 I was charged £158.07....I have written a complain to BT as noone helped me when I contacted them to get this broken down and sent out in writing, I was told by a manager that they could not do this....do they really think I'm going to take their word for it..

DISGRACE BT.....
