I purchased this pass for £29.99 and was convinced, if I get it on a day I would get a free massage, which I was happy about. I received this card via mail. I don't want to sound greedy, but free massage voucher was for 10 min long massage. I didn't feel too pleased about it. Of course, I would need to get to the salon on the other side of the London to get this 10 min massage, and of course this was not very convincing. Also, I understood that I would then need to pay extra for the service, as they might not even have anything for 10 min, and I would only be able to use this as a discount to an hour long massage. These were my thoughts, so I just left it, and didn't use it. The worst part was the process of 'looking' for the place where to go and do my hair using this 'amazing' pass. I found hairdressers in central London, and went for a 'deal'. Half head highlights, luxurious hair treatment and rough blow dry. In description I was advised, I will be offered drinks(from water to sparkling wine) and it all sounded great for £70. Original price would have been £250. My experience at the salon was very disappointing. I was given a tap water at the beginning. My hairstylist was someone who didn't even work for the salon, and after what she did to my hair I also have a suspicion she was still learning how to do hair. I didn't receive any 'luxurious' hair treatment and the blow dry was very bad. She didn't use any product on my hair, so it was fizzy and at the end I think the salon should be ashamed and embarrassed that someone walked out of their place with the messy hair like I did. After one week, my highlights already looked like I have done them 2 months ago.. I felt the I was not given the full service, and I don't think it is the whole idea of the 118118beauty pass. At the end of the day, it wasn't like I didn't pay at all, so I think I should have been served at least by someone from the salon (for the starters). I understand this might be the fault of the salon, but 118118beauty should make sure all their partners are legit, as this doesn't bring any positive emotions.

Bought the pass for 29.99 via KGB deal and paid via Paypal. Thought it was a good deal, received an email asking for activation and requires credit card and assured it would not be charged. BIG MISTAKE, credit card then got charged for 79.99 (the original price). Tried calling their customer service and was told a non working customer service number. Called again and told the operator the number was not valid, was then advised best way to deal with this is to write to them. Obvisously no reply at all!!
