This company is not worth your time or hard earned cash!

My first experience of VM and within half an hour they have failed me 6 times over and left me fuming to boot!

I have just got off the phone with a member of Virgin Media CS and could not be more p****d off!

Having got married this year to Wonderful Hubbie (WH) we reckoned it was time to sort out our household bills and as organisation is my forte I have taken on the challenge.

As our VM account is in the WH name I managed to use his email account to access our online billing for our TV, Broadband and Phone Package.

Disappointment No 1.
There is no printer friendly version of the page so our poor printer tried to print practically a whole page in black! - In this day and age so many online companies offer this I was really surprised.

Disappointment No 2.
We have been billed since January for Cinemoi which started off amazing while it was free and then is still broadcasting the same movies nearly 12 months on. WH called VM in Feb to cancel and they said we were not being charged for it. But there it is on every bill since!

Disappointment No 3
When you click on the bit where you can change your package online it says \"Sorry you have to call us\" How simple could it be to click on Cinemoi and cancel it? It says \"it will only take a few minutes\" .........

First call was told all staff busy and would have to wait ten minutes!

I thought hey ho it's such a simple request I will email it to them. But No! Even tho' they have a \"contact us\" button it leads only to other enquiries, the help section or to a shop or to a letter! - Everywhere but an email!

Disappointment No 6
On getting through on second call found myself in a battle of wits with a witless CS rep whose main aim seemed to be to bleat that unless I was WH there was nothing she could say or do for me. Absolutely nothing! Not even advise on general procedure over cancelling services or how to enable the account so that I could be added to it. I was left with the impression that VM was a top secret institution with valuable information and anyone without the top secret code would not get past the castle walls!

I am soooo glad there are review places like this. Power to the Consumer! It is completely unacceptable to provide such appalling service and by hook or by crook we will take our business elsewhere.

How can VM be so behind? Why aren't more people leaving in droves? We have the power! Don't give your hard earned cash or time to incompetent and bloated companies who can't get the simplest of things right. Send the message loud and clear where it hurts - in the wallet!
