Very disappointed. Moved from my old address for over a year now, sended cancelation letter when was moving , and all the equipment was picked up by UPC month after . However I was still charger 45euro every month for nothing ! When I called customer service, sever times I was passed through different departments till someone would eventually hang up on me and then I would have to start all over again! When I finally reached cancelation department they refused to refund me money because apparently they have no record of any equipment beeing picked up ... Whose fault it is?
