If you have the option to purchase your internet services elsewhere I highly encourage you to do so. Unfortunately, because of where we live this is our only option. We pay $50 per month for what Time Warner calls "High Speed internet" but I can't accomplish anything with this internet. A project that should have taken me an hour has turned into 4 days now. This is do to constant buffering and "Internet is not responding". We have called Time warner on a couple different occasions now only to be told this is the best they could do. We even purchased Time Warner's router because they couldn't figure out the Motorola router we had installed previously. As soon as we have another company available to us we will be switching.In regards to the Customer service department, the staff is always friendly but they have been unable to help with any of our issues thus far.
