Long term customer. Constant problems at two locations. Almost daily technical issues with either the picture, cable box or the connection. DVR would not record shows. Their technical service department only knows to tell us to unplug the cable box and Plug it back in. Other than that they know nothing and they make u wait till the middle of next week to come out and fix the problem. I'm switching to satellite. This is so obscured. No need for this type of drama. It's not like their stupid service is cheap either!!
