I appreciate that there will be certain inflation on my renewal price but i was shocked to see that nearly double had been taken from my account!
I've given 3 stars because it was some what rectified by your retention team but i don't understand why (as a loyal customer) i have to ring every year at renewal to barter the price down again. Waste of every ones time!
