Having been a customer of SKY for @ 5 years,i'd noticed the bills kept getting larger.Any sky customers, be very aware if you get a supposed courtesy-call from them. They call you up on a whim, promise you something for free-say,extra channels- and then proceed to charge you for them. When questioned they come up with some ridiculously complex excuse why you are paying more.Tell them you are leaving and it is a completely different story;now they can't do enough to make you stay.I have left them for Virgin Media. It was the best move i have ever made.No more worrying about breakdown charges or insurance.I used to like SKY, now i think they are one of the worst companies in Britain.Take my tip and leave them before you get caught too.
