Sky made it so difficult to cancel this service that after a call a letter three more calls they finally cancelled my subscription and threatend court action for nonpayment of direct debit. They still haven't refunded Any money and are taking weeks to reply to any correspondence. I am appalled at how bad their customer service is! I really wanted to return to sky but now never will.
