I had my installation date this saturday. I kept receiving texts and emails to remind me to be home between 1 & 6pm. I booked a day off and was home from 7am just in case if they arrive early. after seing no sign of Engineer i rang sky at 05:50pm to find out when was he coming. But they said its too late as the installation department is now closed...OK!!! what a lovely service....
