“Couldn't give a fig about customers!!!”

I am sitting here now with my sky screen on my tv displaying a big pop up sign displaying " for your information -to continue viewing please call sky phone......." what is going on? seeing as I pay the whopping sum of 80 quid per month to these muppets! This is still happening despite numerous expensive phone calls to stop this irritating pop up during films etc Me thinks that defection to Virgin is on the horizon asap
