I cancelled my subscription to Sky and still have about 18 days left before everything is moved over to another service provider. I was sent a survey which I completed yesterday, not a very complimentary one, I might add. An hour later I attempt to log into my e-mail account and cannot. I clicked on 'forgot password' and the only option I was given was to call Sky customer service. The automated operator informed me when I called last night, that someone would speak to me within 7 minutes. I was finally able to talk to someone after waiting 40 minutes. The guy looked at my account for a few minutes and said 'Oh, are you leaving us?' When I replied 'Yes' he disappeared for a few minutes. When he came back he told me that they cannot understand why I cannot access my e-mails, but I had to go to www.sk.com/unlock. When I asked why I had to do that he said, 'So you can access your e-mails'. But why have I been locked out of my e-mails I asked him and he replied 'I don't know'. Anyway, I did that and couldn't 'unlock', because I had to access my e-mail account, which is why I called them in the first place!!! The reason I am leaving them is because of the underhand way they treat their customers!!!!!
