Been Sky Customer 12 years + paid out over £10,000 in subscriptions on £65 plus extra room = £75 month!! SKY + HD box
Contacted customer service after power cut wiped out all recorded programs on SKY + HD BOX
Demanded £65 to fix and then not guarantee repair or even programs would be recovered
Customer Services took 2 weeks to reply to e-mail
On line CHAT never available.
Have started to cancel all SKY - time everyone woke up to how little SKy care apart from anything except collecting £££££ - program content now too predictable and advert content too much too often.
Sky same as all BT Network Rail they know you have no choice...
