I have been with Sky for more years than I can remember, I have recently struck on temporary hard times and struggled to pay this months bill, I called and was told don't worry we are not aware of the problem yet, on a second call I was told to make a payment by a certain date and then a few days later I received an email saying that I was being cut off! The phone call that followed was the most frustrating call I have made, there is nothing they will do except repeat the fact that they will do nothing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN POOR.
