Sky have been awesome since we switched from BT in Dec last year.
Good (clear) pricing and no hidden fees thus far!

BT messed us about something chronic, especially when trying to cancel. I spent months trying to claw back my money.
With Sky, the engineer rocked up (on time) and set up fast.
Service has been great since then, broadband has had no issues despite being off of the back of BTs line.
BT had problems every other weekend which resulted in numerous calls to the engineers!
