Such a big name company with little care for their customers, called the customer service to address an issue and I kept being told "I appreciate your problem sir", without offering a viable solution to the problem. Glad to be rid of Sky and I will never go near anything that has to do with Sky and will not recommend it to anyone. This is just a tip of the iceberg I have decided not to expend my time here because Sky don't care either way, this is just my way of warning others to keep away from Sky if they don't want heartaches.
