We had sky TV+broadband and landline for a year. In may 2012 we wanted to cancel the TV because it was useless.But it was not possible to cancel!!
After we called them, in a few days the screen got blank and we thought that it was cancelled. So, we turned that box off and started watching free tv. However, in July we received a notice saying that we didnt pay the last 2 bills and we should pay another bill in July as well.
We called the customer service and they said they cancelled the cancellation (without notice) because we had insufficient funds in our debit card to pay the last bill. So, they restarted our membership (again without notice. We wrote a letter of complaint and asked why didnt they tell us at the beginnig that this could happen. But they said that informing the customer about this possibility and informing them about cancellation of cancellation is not within their policy!!!!! We paid 3 moths bill for something we didnt watch and I hate sky!!!
