Having been with Sky just a few months I was informed by the agent that my price would NOT increase within the first 12 months of service. Surprise, surprise, I have a price increase letter! I complained to Sky on principle as I have literally been lied to. I received an apology - but the price remains increased. I will be leaving them as soon as the 12 months is up. I do not agree with companies that lie and cheat people out of money. I had many teething problems when we set up Sky - without internet for a long time etc. If being treated like a mug doesn't bother you, then by all means use them...!
