I found what seemed to be a good deal from Sky, along with £100 cashback for signing up through Quidco. So I did. It also cost me £10 'up front'.
Sky then emailed me saying they needed more information and to call their helpline, which I did. After a lot of fuss which I couldn't understand they decided the best thing to do was to cancel my online order then make a new one over the phone. I asked if i would still get my £100 cashback. They said no, because that is only for sales completed entirely online. Brilliant tactic. Total swizz. So I cancelled. They never refunded my £10 either. I will never deal with Sky again. What a complete and total rip-off.
