i HAVE BEING GETTING ABUSIVE PONE CALLS SINCE LAST OCT I REQUESTED A NO CHANGE IN NOV AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE A FEW WEEK SO I LEFT IT TILL DEC BY MID DEC STILL NO CHANGE SO CALLEDD THEM SAID THEY HAD NO RECORD OF IT SO ASKED AGAIN FOR NO CHANGE THEN IN MARCHED CALLED FOR A UPDATE STILL NO RECORD BY THIS TIME U TALKING 6 MONTH DOWN LINE EVENTUALLY LAST WEEK THEY CHANGED THE NO 7 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE IN THAT TIME I WAS STILL PAYING LINE RENTAL AND THEY SAY AS A OFFER OF GOOD WILL WILL OFFER HALF PRICE LINE RENTAL FOR 6 MONTHS I REFUSED AS IM NOT TAKING A OFFER NEW CUSTOMERS CAN GET OR BE INSULTED TERRIABLE SERVICE NOW TAKEN MY BUSINESS TO BT
