I placed an order over the phone which took 1 hour. They then sent the sky viewing card to the wrong address so when the (rude) engineer came around he could not install as I didn't have a card. So I updated the address with them and the same thing happened again and again. After three times I cancelled the order and sky has completely wasted my time. Not only that but they took direct debit for more than what I agreed to and its proving a hassle getting the refund.
