Was going to cancel Sky and go with Virgin Media as they had a much better offer. Was told when calling to cancel that we could have a 500mb SKY HD box and that it would include SKY + anytime. We were given a 250GB and when I called to complain about this and the fact that we could not access SKY + anytime, I was told that we needed SKY broadband if we wanted anytime +. What is even more annoying is that we used to have more programs and films on our old SKY + anytime than we do now. On top of this the service is not working properly and keeps dropping programs that are down to be recorded on the planner.I am still waiting for a call back from the 'extremely' busy complaints department several days later.
