I cannot believe how rude one of the representatives were. He was dying to get off the phone with me, and almost hung up on my face. I just let him go myself because I did not want someone like him to work on my issues. I called back, then got transferred to tech support, and the lady on the phone was unprofessional as well. A little better, but still not up to par. I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor... and here I am... holding on to dear life, at about 16 minutes in... WOW. Long enough to **** me off enough to write this review.
Here is a message to the CEO(s) of DirectTV: Stop wasting your money on dumb annoying commercials, and start training your representatives better... because at the end of the day, they are just that-- a REPRESENTATIVE of YOUR company. They do not reflect any values, care, or concern at all. Your company is the type of company that keeps people wondering, what's happened to American consumerism?
