I have had comcast service for almost three weeks. While the programming selection is great, customer service has been a nightmare to deal with. It all started with a botched install job (subcontractor).
In order to get the issues fixed, i have had to have 4 different people to come to my house and obviously that means four different days that i had to wait around. With a wedding coming up that was not the best use of my time and energy.
Called to complain to customer service, and they just simply said that since it is a subcontractor, they cant do much.
