absolutey shocking all round tv freezes and so i'm left no picture and even when i rebot it still goes off after about 10 minutes it happen's 5-6 times A night so i rang bt and they are aware of issues with the box and its still not fixed and bt's customer service really sucks as they can't fix the problam i have with the box as its been 4 months of this so take my advice stay well clear of bt and go with sky thats what i'm doing at least they won't me as a customergot some really good deals with them unlike what bt offer.
