I called out http://www.aerialconcept.co.uk to install a new aerial for digital. I got a great response, free overview and estimate. The engineers were very polite and the aerial was well installed. Value for money was good also. After seeing Rogue Traders i was very nervous. This company are also CAI members as well, which means they are properly regulated. (read more)

I called them, booked an engineer to come, took half a day off work. No one turned up. When I called to enquire, I was told that although they had my details, no one had sent the engineer an email, so no-one turned up. Pathetic and disorganised.
