Good looking camera and easy to carry around or store away. Daytime photos are usually very good if you don't bother with any rapid moving objects which come out blurry. Night time outdoor shots are a bit disappointing especially if it's dark. We went on an evening Thames Cruise in London and we took lots of photos of all the sights but the results were not great as you could hardly see anything apart from light streaks and when I adjusted the settings everything came out bright and blurred. The flash is quite bright and the images are a a bit pale.
To be honest my 1.3mp camera was better and also had an improved shutter speed. I paid £57 for mine which was discounted by 50% and it performed like a camera of that price. The battery life could be better too.
