I like this camera. I've had my Mustek MDC3000 for a few years now and having conquered the battery problem by using rechargables and carrying a spare set I am surprised to see other people so critical of the MDC3000. It takes very good quality pictures which are large enough to be cut and worked on. OK, the case is plastic but it's a solid little thing and I've never found it to be detrimental to the cameras performance. The controls are clear and easy to understand. The LCD screen is very clear for both photo framing and deletion. I also use a Fujifilm MX-700 which is far more complicated. All in all, the Mustek MDC3000 is an ideal camera with which to learn about digital photography.

DO NOT BUY this Mustek MDC 3000 Digital Camera, The chap before this review had it down to a T! Wish I listened to him.

Crashed on XP, uses more batteries then my mates mothers toys and you get better customer service in the north pole!

had this Mustek MDC 3000 camera for over a year now and still using it on a regular basis. came with good software and was a very good price at the time from ebuyer

What a regret to buy this Mustek MDC 3000 digital camera that most of the features could not work properly. Bought it overseas and get very poor customer support. It has been just sitting there for months. Make sure the product u buy next time is compatable with with your OS.
