I lost just over 4 stone using WLR. It is the only weight loss tool that has ever worked for me - the combination of an easy to use food diary logging your calories and an exercise diary doing the same made it easy to see how I was doing and how to do better.
The forums are great if you want to moan about/celebrate how you are doing and the exercise groups (I used the runners one for a while) are a great way of motivating yourself to exercise regularly.
You always really knew that losing weight was a case of "eat less, move more". WLR makes you really understand that and, more importantly, put it into practice every. single. day.
Well worth the money.
