I have now lost 4 stone with WLR, I have done slimming world and other diets but not had this much success, I have never felt like I have missed out on foods as you can eat what you want as long as you stay within your daily calories.
The website is terrific for counting the calories for you, the search engine for foods you eat is so easy and there are thousands if recipes also.

I have recommended to many friends as they have all wanted to know my secret to my success.
