You are able to calculate easily your daily calorie intake through a large data base which covers an extensive range of foods. Once you have established your target weight loss and the daily calorie allowance needed the rest is easy. My wife and I (octogenarians ) have realised in the past we were eating too much of the wrong food now have our attention drawn to the number of calories in certain foods. My passion was cheese - my wife's passion was chocolate and these coupled with muffins (with butter) at tea time plus etc.,etc., made us realise the error of our ways ! Our new daily target does not cut out these foods entirely but everything has to ' be approved' 'before we eat anything which takes us over the daily target.
We both play golf regularly and the extra energy burnt up by this pastime has realised a drop of 8lb in 4 weeks for myself and 4lbs for my wife.
We cannot speak too highly of WLR and strongly recommend them to everyone trying to lose weight .The team provides such a marvellous back up and are always extremely approachable which helps anyone trying to lose weight .
